The pathology Laboratory has teach lab for the students in hospital premises with all the required facility like the Microtome tissue, home genies to train them to train them in hematology, Clinical pathology, and histopathology, the clinical Laboratory has facilities like the Cell Counter 2 M P florescent technique ( For Malaria & Filarial Infections ) to perform haematogical, histopathological, cytological, and clinical Pathological Investigation, the department is also equipped to conduct clinical autopsies.

The Microbiology students Laboratory is equipped to teach the students routine microbiology investigation the clinical laboratory has facilities for staining cullural and sensitivity and serological test the dept also has ELISA reader and research facility live polymerase chain reaction in central research lab.
